NCMIC has promoted Tony Dickinson to Executive Vice President, Enterprise Growth. He will continue serving as President of NCMIC Finance Corporation and supporting the NCMIC Insurance Agency.

Dickinson will lead NCMIC’s enterprise growth strategy, with a focus on diversifying the business and identifying new ways to build on the company’s capabilities while best serving its customers. This includes exploring strategic partnerships, investments, acquisitions and new business opportunities.

"Tony has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and an ability to deliver results," said NCMIC CEO David Siebert. "He understands NCMIC’s business, customers, and the markets we serve. His expanded role reflects our confidence in his ability to identify innovative ways for us to grow while building on the strong foundation that has served us well for 80 years.”

Dickinson has played a key role in expanding NCMIC’s financial services capabilities and broadening the ways the company supports the business needs of the doctors and professionals it serves. As President of NCMIC Finance Corporation, he has helped position the organization for continued growth while keeping customers at the center of its work.

"NCMIC has spent decades building trusted relationships, deep industry expertise, and a reputation for delivering value to the customers and markets we serve," said Dickinson. “As we look ahead, we see opportunities to build on those strengths in new ways. We’re interested in working with businesses and leaders where our capabilities and experience can complement theirs, creating mutual value and helping both organizations to grow and succeed.”

NCMIC’s enterprise growth strategy builds upon its longstanding commitment to chiropractic by expanding into adjacent healthcare and professional markets. Area of interest include payments, insurance distribution, small business lending, practice technology and related solutions that align with NCMIC’s experience and broaden the way it serves professionals and businesses.

That growth will also bring new leadership opportunities within NCMIC. The company is currently seeking a Vice President to lead NCMIC’s Business Lending Group.
