John Rosa, DC, FACC, FICCA graduate of New York Chiropractic College (NYCC), Dr. Rosa owns and manages Accessible Beltway Clinics (ABC), which is comprised of 16 clinics with more than 60,000 visits per year. ABC Combines medicine, chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture and behavioral medicine to give a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach to pain syndromes and musculoskeletal disorders, as well as advising on lifestyle changes for overall health.

Dr. Rosa is active in sports medicine and consults with/treats athletes in universities and sports teams including the NBA, MLB, NHL, NFL and US Olympics. He is also founder of Accessible Wellness Solutions, an onsite corporate wellness program that offers consulting, lectures and management to clinics.

He is nationally recognized as an expert in the Opioid Crisis and serves as a White House Surrogate along with consulting to Opioid Task Forces, Homeland Security, CBP, DOJ, DEA, FDA, FBI and U.S. Postal Service. His work has led him to found "Overdose Free America" a nonprofit 501c dedicated to help fight addiction. 

A renowned leader in the profession, Dr. Rosa, served as a trustee at NYCC for 15 years, serving his final three-year term as chairman. He was named Trustee Emeritus after completing his service. Additionally, Dr. Rosa was honored as a Fellow of the American Chiropractic Colleges and a Fellow of the International Chiropractic Colleges. He currently is Chair of the Board to Maryland University of Integrative Health.
