Eric J. Harrison, DC

Dr. Eric J. Harrison is a fourth-generation chiropractor, humanitarian, and advocate dedicated to raising awareness and mobilizing communities in the fight against human trafficking. While he has spent more than two decades serving patients through his family chiropractic practice in Taylorsville, Utah, his greatest passion today is educating others about one of the fastest-growing criminal industries in the world and inspiring people to become part of the solution.

After earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker College of Chiropractic in 2000, Dr. Harrison continued a family legacy that spans more than 100 years. His great-grandfather was among the early pioneers of chiropractic, graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1918. That commitment to serving others has been carried on through four generations of his family.

In 2020, Dr. Harrison co-founded Chiro Heroes, a nonprofit organization committed to combating human trafficking through education, awareness, prevention, fundraising, and survivor support. Working alongside healthcare professionals, nonprofit organizations, and community leaders, he has helped mobilize thousands of people to recognize the realities of trafficking and take meaningful action in their own communities.

As a speaker, Dr. Harrison delivers compelling presentations that expose the myths surrounding human trafficking, explain how trafficking operates in communities across the United States, and equip audiences with practical ways to recognize warning signs, protect vulnerable individuals, and support organizations that are making a difference. His message combines real-world insights, hope, and a call to action, leaving audiences informed, empowered, and inspired to become advocates for change.

Dr. Harrison believes that every person has the ability — and the responsibility — to help protect the vulnerable. His mission is to shine a light on the darkness of human trafficking and inspire individuals, businesses, healthcare professionals, and communities to work together to end exploitation and restore hope to survivors.

Dr. Harrison and his wife, Tina, are the proud parents of nine children and grandparents to eight grandchildren. When he isn't speaking or serving his community, he enjoys traveling, following sports, and making memories with his family — including more trips to Disney than he readily admits.
