NCMIC President Wayne Wolfson, DC

2026 Annual Letter from NCMIC President Wayne Wolfson, D.C.

As NCMIC celebrates its 80th anniversary, President Wayne Wolfson, D.C., reflects on the big changes in 2025 and the bright future ahead.

2026 marks a momentous occasion for NCMIC: It's our 80th year serving chiropractors, also known as the Oak Anniversary. What a fitting theme it is, because there is nothing that brings us more joy than knowing we've provided support and strength to our policyholders and profession for the past eight decades, all while growing our own deep roots.

As we continue to advance, we are incredibly excited about our new CEO David Siebert, whose vision and 30 years of experience at NCMIC will help guide us forward while honoring the values that have defined our company since day one.

Over the past year, we reached several meaningful milestones that speak to those values of supporting the chiropractic profession: $600,000 awarded to students through our Bucks for Boards program, nearly $178 million in cumulative dividends returned to our policyholders, and over $20 million donated to chiropractic research through the NCMIC Foundation.

These accomplishments are a direct result of our collective focus on protecting, supporting, and advancing chiropractors at every stage of their careers.

None of our success would be possible without the talented and dedicated NCMIC team. Their dedication to excellence, service, and doing what's right for our policyholders is evident in everything they do. That commitment was once again recognized through our inclusion on the Des Moines Register's "Iowa's Top Workplaces" list for the eighth consecutive year, along with honors from the Des Moines Business Record for Best Company Supporting Local Charity, Best Company to Work For, and Best Insurance Company.

As we look ahead, we remain focused on what matters most: serving chiropractors with integrity, delivering exceptional protection and support, and strengthening the relationships that make NCMIC more than an insurance company. You are an essential part of the NCMIC family, and we are proud to stand with you as we continue to protect your practice, reputation, and the profession — because at NCMIC, We Take Care of Our Own.

Thank you for being part of our incredible journey.

Warm regards,

Wayne Wolfson, D.C.
President, NCMIC
