The DC Group Term Life Insurance Plan, issued by The Prudential Insurance Company of America, includes affordable group rates, coverage for your Spouse/Domestic Partner and children, and the personalized service we’re known for. What’s more, you can apply in minutes with our easy, online application.

Sponsored by NBAC

The National Business Association for Chiropractors (NBAC) is the contract holder for this policy. NBAC was formed to assist DCs with the business aspects of a chiropractic practice, and personal planning.

The DC Group Term Life Insurance Plan is for active members of NBAC. If you are not currently an NBAC member, you can sign up when you apply for coverage. Membership dues are $15 a year.

Group Rates

Because the DC Group Term Life Insurance Plan is a group plan, you can take advantage of competitive group rates. You may be able to save money over other life insurance plans you’ve considered.
