Mary Ann Cloyd was a senior partner with PwC until her retirement in June 2015 and spent over 39 years in professional services/public accounting serving multinational corporate clients in a variety of industries. She was the leader of PwC’s Center for Board Governance. Active in professional and community organizations, Ms. Cloyd is on the board of trustees of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Charitable Foundation, Inc. and was president of the Foundation for many years. She is also on the UCLA Iris Cantor Women’s Center Advisory Board, where she served as chair for four years. She is on the board of directors for the Geffen Playhouse, where she currently serves as treasurer and chair of the Finance Committee. She has previously been a member of the United Way of Southern California Women Leaders’ Steering Committee and the Baylor Business School Advisory Board. In addition, she has been on the boards of the California Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement and the American Red Cross of Greater Los Angeles. In addition to her board service with NCMIC, Ms. Cloyd is on the board of Bellerophon Therapeutics (traded on NASDAQ - BLPH). With BLPH she chairs the audit committee and is a member of the nomination and governance committee. Ms. Cloyd graduated Summa Cum Laude from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
