Traci Galligan

Chief Human Resources Officer

Traci Galligan serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for NCMIC. After joining the company in 2009 and serving in various capacities within the HR department, Traci was named Senior Vice President of Human Resources in 2018 and Chief Human Resources Officer in 2025. She is passionate about the company's "We Take Care of Our Own" vision and works diligently to ensure the company culture reflects this time-honored tradition. Equally important to her is serving the community;  Traci has a long history of service on boards such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Iowa, and currently serves on the board for House of Mercy. Traci graduated from Iowa State University with honors and has advanced her certifications in HR and Insurance throughout her career.
