Chief Strategy Officer

Melissa was named Chief Strategy Officer in 2025, where she is responsible for shaping and driving enterprise-wide strategies that align with NCMIC's mission and long-term goals. She has been with NCMIC since January 2004, with previous roles including Business Development Manager, Equipment Finance Sales Manager, Vice President and General Manager – Equipment Finance, Vice President – Risk Operations, and Senior Vice President – Insurance Operations. Melissa is the co-founder and president of the nonprofit organization Give Grace, Give Hope, and serves on the Board of Trustees for EveryStep.
