Kathy Mills Chang, MCS-P, CCPCA well-known and sought-after speaker, Kathy Mills Chang has been providing chiropractors and chiropractic assistants with the hands-on training, advice and tools they need to improve their practices’ financial performance.

Ms. Mills Chang’s firsthand experience with the benefits of chiropractic care led to her mission of making chiropractic central to the healthcare arena. Since 1983, her goal has been for Doctors of Chiropractic to earn the respect and financial rewards they so richly deserve.

Between 1983 and 1999, Ms. Mills Chang built and managed multiple, high-volume chiropractic and multidisciplinary practices throughout the country, where she was responsible for everything from billing and collections to patient financial management. Between 1994 and 1999, she served as director of income and practice administrator to the largest chiropractic group practice in New York. In this role, she successfully oversaw the group’s conversation to multiple, profitable multidisciplinary practices.

An international lecturer, author, columnist and trainer, Ms. Mills Chang serves as a consultant and advisor to such industry giants as Foot Levelers, BioFreeze, TheraBand, ChiroTouch Software and ChiroHealthUSA. A Certified Medical Compliance Specialist and a Certified Chiropractic Professional Coder, she and her team also provide insurance support, coding training and reimbursement advice at association events.

When she’s not on an airplane, Ms. Mills Chang can be found in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, with her husband, Michael, and their basset hounds, Homer and Daisy Mae.
