Increased our 30-day grace period for payments to 60 days.
Offered a COVID-19-Related Part-Time Discount based on decreased office hours and/or patient visits.
Changed our Leave of Absence policy to allow DCs to suspend their practice while maintaining coverage.
Waived our Leave of Absence (LOA) premium charge.
Hosted 9 webinars about industry-specific COVID-19 topics, using our resources and connections to industry experts.
Created more than 30 industry-specific articles about COVID-19 issues, including HIPAA updates, how to communicate with patients, information about the Paycheck Protection Program, checklists for reopening and more.
Developed a weekly newsletter with timely COVID-19 updates for policyholders.
