You don't have to sell-sell-sell to reap the rewards of Instagram.

Social media can be an excellent tool for building your business brand and establishing credibility and trust with potential patients.
The keys to success on Instagram are pretty simple:
1. Share information that is useful, informative or entertaining. This is the place to build trust, not to sell.
2. Be consistent. Set a schedule and stick to it. It's better to post once a week than 3 times in one week and not at all the next few weeks.
3. Reciprocate. Comment and like other people's posts, too. (Of course be mindful of HIPPA and PHI.)
We've found three examples of DCs who are using Instagram to build rapport by sharing exercise techniques, recipes, educational resources and other 'feel good' ideas to help people feel better.
