Dr. Gary Tarola is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic and obtained his Diplomate status in Chiropractic Orthopedics from the Academy of Chiropractic Orthopedics. He served as president and chairman of the board of the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Society (PCS) and received the Chiropractor of the Year Award from the PCS and Senatorial Proclamation of Accomplishments from the Pennsylvania State Senate. Dr. Tarola was a consultant to the formulation of the Guidelines for Chiropractic Quality Assurance and Practice Parameters and the Council on Chiropractic Guidelines and Practice Parameters. Dr. Tarola has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals and contributed to chapters in volumes two and three of the text, Principles, and Practice of Chiropractic. In 2012, his practice was acquired by Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN)/Lehigh Valley Physician Group (LVPG). Prior to his retirement in 2019, he was Section Chief of the Division of Chiropractic Medicine, and a member of the Executive Committee of the Department of Medicine, LVPG.
